hauir Xbox had a big presence at E3 this year. Actually, I should say Microsoft as all the reveals were not solely for the Xbox. Let’s take a look at some of the highlights.
Yesterday, Microsoft took the wraps off of the upcoming Windows 10 in a big way. Their event showcased the new OS, new hardware, software and how the ecosystem of devices will work together. We saw some really amazing things and still others that we expected. Let’s take a closer look.
It is E3 once again, and that means it is time for game developers to show us what is going to be coming out over the next couple of years. The first company up this year is Microsoft, and they started off E3 right.

While I have been trapped in the Skullgirls vortex, it seems that a demo of Platinum Games’ latest title Anarchy Reigns (Max Anarchy in Japan) has been released on both the Playstation Network and Xbox Live. Unfortunately, the demo is only available for Japanese accounts on both systems, but thankfully there is an easy (yet overly complicated) solution for non-Japanese citizens. For PSN users, you simply have to, well, make a Japanese account; that much is pretty easy as long as you can figure out how to navigate menus. For XBL users, you must undergo a more. . . difficult process in order to get your hands on the demo, which can be found here thanks to the ever lovely users of NeoGAF, so hop on it and join the carnage! This past week I was one of the first to play Mass Effect 3 in Las Vegas. We were only allowed to play a short section, but it shows a lot about the quality of the game. It is also worth noting that the game is still in development so a few things may change and be improved upon.
