Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye issue #29 continues the Dawn of The Autobots story Arc with Megatron in command of the Lost Light. Tensions are high, ‘bots are questioning many things. Swerve on the other hand seems to be getting a lot of customers and then a bit of a surprise cliffhanger.
The story again is well written and the art is just as awesome as always. However, this issue feels a lot like filler. It’s still a good story, it bridges us into the next chapter and gives us some info we need. We get to see more of Megatron’s trial; again in flash back mode. We get to see some ‘bots pulling a 
stupid prank that nets some trouble and leaves us with a great mystery of pretty epic proportions. Perhaps filler is not the best wording, maybe just slow at the start.
Still, you are going to want to read this one. It’s part of a Story Arc that looks to be mind blowing. That last bit, that discovery alone makes it worth reading. I know that is saying a lot without saying much, but believe me it’s a a moment where you will ask yourself “Is that who I think it is?” and “What in the Matrix!?!”. Okay, maybe at least one of those. Go pick it up read it, enjoy! Oh boy! I can’t wait to see what happens next!
