Pretty much every geek in the world has at least heard of Final Fantasy, though, I’m pretty sure a good portion has also played at least part of one the multitudes of games. Its arguably one of the most popular and most recognized RPG series in the world. So, naturally there are more games than you can count with Final Fantasy XV, the newest in the main series, coming out to consoles next year. Thats not counting all the spin offs either.
So anyway I, like a majority of RPG fans, am a huge fan of the series as a whole. Then it hit me. I had never beaten a single Final Fantasy game. I hadn’t even tried playing roughly half of them. Though, i do have many excuses, such as game length, lack of game systems, etc, etc. However that stops now. I have decided to to take a Journey, or campaign if you will, through the main installments of the Final Fantasy series. Why you ask? The reason is that I simply need motivation to finally play these games and to finally beat them.
So that brings me to this, I’m going to write my opinions, and sort of review most all of the main series games. The only one i will most likely leave out is Final Fantasy XI. Simiply as I’m not to sure about trying to run through an MMO that has probably lost a majority of the player base. However these are the games that I will definitely run through:

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
Final Fantasy XV (not yet released)
There are some I am considering like Crisis Core, and possibly Dirge of Cerberus, or tactics, however these are the games that I will definitely get around to. Also, it is worth noting that I will not play these games in order, I will be jumping around. I will also note what version i played of the game (system wise, pc, psp, etc). However if you feel there is a main series game that i should definitely cover, then feel free to tell me in the comments and i will add it to the consideration list.
